Wait for your turn waves are controlled and shared.
Stay within your assigned skill level zone.
Only one surfer per wave section unless instructed otherwise.
Safety
Use lifejackets where required.
Enter the wave only when instructed by staff.
Stop immediately if signaled.
Do not attempt advanced tricks unless approved.
Avoid unsafe behavior or restricted areas.

Sessions are time-based—late arrival reduces your time.
The experience is physically demanding, even for beginners.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Minimum height: 1.2 meters.
Basic swimming ability is required.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and provide a signed guardian waiver.
Participants must be medically fit for water-based activities.
Booking & Usage
Sessions must be used within the booked time slot.
Late arrivals may result in partial or full loss of session without refund.
Bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to park policies and notice periods.
Pricing
Shared Session: 1 hour – AED 325 per person (up to 4 guests, park entry included).
Private Session: 1 hour – AED 1,200 (up to 6 guests, park entry included).
Operational Conditions
Activities may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or technical issues.
In such cases, alternative scheduling will be offered.
No refunds will be issued for operational or weather-related disruptions.
General Restrictions
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in activity areas.
Alcohol and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.
Proper swimwear is required at all times.
Liability
All participants must sign a waiver prior to participation.
Participation is at the guest’s own risk.
The park is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.

are fully capable physically and mentally to participate in the Activities;
will properly and safely participate in the Activities, following all regulations and instructions provided at the Park;
do not have any medical or non-medical condition which could affect our participation including but not limited to: spinal/skeletal, cardiac, respiratory or other medical condition;
consent to being provided paramedic or emergency treatment as may be deemed necessary by the Park, if required;
waive and release the Park from any liability arising from any loss or damage (to persons or property) whatsoever as a result of participation in any Activities at the Park;
consent to the use of any still or video images collected by the Park for promotional purposes, provided local culture and customs are respected;
shall use all equipment without misuse or damage or damage to equipment provided by the Park; and
will wear appropriate and suitable attire that is safe and proper for the Activities.
