Al Ain Adventure Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

We request you to inform cancellation decision to us 120 Hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Below are the details of applicable cancellation charges:

• Bookings cancelled within 24 Hours prior to arrival or no show will be charged 100% of total booking.

• Bookings cancelled within 48 Hours prior to arrival will be charged 75% of total booking.

• Bookings cancelled within 72 Hours prior to arrival will be charged 50% of total booking.

• Bookings cancelled within 96 Hours prior to arrival, will be charged 25% of total booking.

• In case the activities are cancelled due to unfortunate factors which are out of our control, for example weather, water quality, or any other unforeseen reason, we are sorry to mention that we will not be able to process refund. However, we are more than happy to share vouchers which can be used later. Alternatively, you may also reschedule your visit for another day.

• Al Ain Adventure Management reserves the right to cancel the activity anytime in case any other viable solution doesn’t work out.

• Request you to contact Al Ain Adventure reception on email (reception@alainadventure.com) 72 Hours minimum prior to the day booked.

• In case your visit is rescheduled for less than 72 Hours, we will have to charge 10% additional of the total booking as administration fees.

• Bookings rescheduled to other days will be subject to availability.
