This document remains active and valid until revoked in writing by the Participants.

Notes:

“Activity” or “Activities” means and includes whitewater rafting, kayaking, surfing, body boarding, climbing, swimming, running, hiking, the airpark, climbing wall, Tubing and all other ancillary passive or active actions by those in the premises of Al Ain Adventure, all of which involve a level of inherent risk which cannot be eliminated and outcomes which cannot be controlled.

“Al Ain Adventure” or “the Park” means Al Ain Adventures LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, investors, managers, employees, volunteers, sponsors or others associated directly or indirectly.

Legal Guardians must be at least 18 years old with a legal, written or assumed, duty of care for the participant for which they are signing.

In its sole judgment and opinion, Al Ain Adventure reserves the right to refuse admittance or to remove individuals from the facility or specific activities based upon in-appropriate behavior, medical conditions, failure to adhere to instructions and rules, or for any other mitigating circumstance that Al Ain Adventure deems unsavory or unsafe.
