Thank you for choosing to visit Al Ain Adventure, operated by Modon. We are committed to delivering a safe, memorable, and enjoyable experience for each of our guests.
Please take a moment to review these Terms and Conditions, which are designed to protect you and ensure everyone’s safety, comfort, and enjoyment.
By purchasing a ticket and entering the park, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions:
- The Park means Al Ain Adventure.
- You or your refers to all guests and visitors.
- We or us refers to Al Ain Adventure and our team members.
- Activities include all adventure and recreational experiences, such as whitewater rafting, kayaking, surfing, bodyboarding, climbing, swimming, hiking, adventure walls, airpark climbing, giant swing, zip line, and similar activities.
- Guardian refers to a responsible adult (18 years of age or older) who is legally responsible for a minor (a person under the age of 18).
Emergency Safety Procedures
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. In the unlikely event of an emergency, our trained team members may need to assist you or your dependents, sometimes physically, if immediate action is required to prevent injury or property damage. For example, if a child approaches a hazardous area, staff may intervene as needed to keep everyone safe.
Ticketing Policy
Cancellations and Refunds
Please ensure your plans are confirmed before purchasing, as all ticket sales are final. Once tickets have been purchased, they may not be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for other dates or experiences.
Ticket Usage and Entry
Tickets to Al Ain Adventure may be purchased through our official website, directly at the park, or via authorized third-party sellers. Every guest entering the park must present an original government-issued photo ID alongside their ticket. Tickets are designated for personal use only. Resale, transfer, or any alteration of tickets is not permitted, and tickets are valid exclusively for the date and person they were issued to. Modified or damaged tickets will not be accepted.
Online and Advance Ticket Sales
All online or advance purchases are confirmed once payment is received. You must present your e-ticket and either the purchasing credit card or a valid government-issued ID upon park entry. All purchases must be made in UAE Dirhams. Ticket delivery is by email; please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on data handling.
Tickets may not be re-sold, transferred, altered, or exchanged except through written approval, and any such alteration renders them void. Additional terms may apply to products and services sold through our website.
Supervising Children and Group Responsibility
If you are bringing children or purchasing tickets for others, you accept responsibility for their conduct and for compliance with all park policies. All children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) holding a valid ticket. For adventure activity participants under 16, guardians are required to provide valid identification. By supervising children in your care, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.
If you are bringing children or purchasing tickets for others, you accept responsibility for their conduct and for compliance with all park policies. Children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. Guests aged 13 to 17 years must have their waivers signed by an adult (18 years and above). By supervising children in your care, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.
Same-Day Re-Entry
You are welcome to leave and return on the same day, provided you wear and show your official park wristband upon re-entry.
Park Etiquette and Guest Experience
Operating Hours
The park’s operating hours can vary seasonally or for special events. For the most current information, please check our official website before your visit.
We strive to keep all attractions available. However, sometimes, activities or sections may temporarily close for maintenance, unfavourable weather, or other operational needs.
“Ladies Only” days may occur. Information is provided on our website, but schedules and access may change without prior notice.
Items and Behaviours, We Prohibit
To ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all our guests, we do not allow outside food or beverages, except for those required for medical reasons or infants.
All guests are expected to respect others and refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. For everyone’s safety and comfort, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Violent or aggressive behaviour, offensive language, unruly conduct, intoxication, and queue-jumping.
- Dangerous objects (including weapons, glassware, and sharp items), clothing with offensive motifs, clothing resembling emergency uniforms, and pets (except approved service animals).
- Personal transport devices such as Segways, scooters, skateboards, or similar; recreational flying devices such as drones and remote-controlled toys.
- Any form of unauthorized commercial sales, display, photography, or other activity conducted for commercial purposes.
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Conduct and Respect
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who does not comply with these guidelines. Please dress appropriately for a family environment, observe all safety signage, and always follow the instructions of our staff. Supervise children in your care at all times, and arrange meeting points in case of separation.
Security and Personal Items
For everyone’s security, guests and their belongings may be screened before entry. We offer lockers for storing valuables (fees may apply), and recommend you avoid bringing unnecessary items. Please note that while we do our best to safeguard your visit, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged belongings including those stored in a locker.
Adventure Activities
Understanding the Adventure Experience
Our adventure activities are designed to be both thrilling and safe. However, inherent risks exist, and participants must observe all safety measures and instructions.
Your Obligations and Safety Requirements
Before you participate in any attraction or activity, please review all safety requirements and restrictions, found on our website and at each attraction. If you have questions about the suitability of any activity, our team members are happy to assist you. It is essential to comply with all safety instructions.
During Activities
For your safety and that of others, eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed on or near attractions. Designated storage areas are available for your convenience, but we recommend using lockers for all valuables. Always listen to and follow the directions given by our activity supervisors and safety staff.
Medical Considerations
Guests must honestly assess their physical and medical fitness before participating. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions (allergies, heart/respiratory issues, joint or spine problems, medication needs, recent surgeries, and pregnancy), as these may impact your participation. For safety, pregnant guests are not permitted in adventure activities.
Attractions and Operations
Parking
Please enjoy our complimentary parking on-site, but please note overnight parking is not allowed. You park at your own discretion and risk.
Photography and Media
Park Monitoring
For your safety, the park is monitored by CCTV.
Photography and Media Use by Al Ain Adventure
We may capture photographs, videos, or audio of guests for promotional or operational purposes. By visiting, you understand and consent that your image and voice may appear in promotional materials, training resources, and other media. All media produced for these purposes is the property of Al Ain Adventure or authorized parties. If you do not wish to be included, please contact us at reception@alainadventure.com , and we will make efforts to accommodate your preferences, although operational and security recordings may still occur.
Photography and Media Use by You.
You are welcome to take videos and photographs for your own personal purposes whilst at the Park. You must ensure that any recordings you make is conducted with the utmost respect for local customs and culture.
Where our team has reason to believe that photographs or videos taken by You are not in compliance with local customs, culture or the law, we reserve the right to ask to review and/or ask to delete photographs or video footage.
Should you refuse to do so, we reserve the right to contact law enforcement, and/or remove you from the park.
Commercial photography or videography, as well as any sales or solicitation, are not permitted without prior written authorization from Al Ain Adventure.
Important Legal Notice: Release, Liability, and Risk
Your Acknowledgement of Risk and Responsibility
Adventure activities, by their very nature, entail risks. By entering the park and participating in these experiences, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. It is your duty to evaluate your own health and abilities, as well as those of any dependents under your care. Your decision to participate in any activity at the park signifies your assumption of all associated risks.
Release and Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, you agree to:
- Release Al Ain Adventure and its affiliates, representatives, and staff from all liability for material loss, property damage, emotional distress, illness, injury, or death resulting from your park visit or activity participation.
- Waive all claims arising from your participation, whether based on contract, negligence, or other legal grounds.
- Indemnify Al Ain Adventure against claims brought by, or on behalf of, minors or any other persons for whom you are responsible.
Guardians and Minors
If you are signing these terms for minors, you confirm you are at least 18 and bear full legal responsibility for those in your care, including provision of accurate identification for participants under 16.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited strictly to the price paid for your admission. We accept no responsibility for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, nor can we cover accommodation or travel costs if the park closes without notice. Death or injury caused directly by our proven negligence is not excluded by this provision.

Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of this agreement remains in effect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Abu Dhabi, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi courts.
